Does your child suffer from a serious medical condition?

Dear Parents

If your child suffers from a medical condition that requires a medical response or suffers from severe asthma, diabetes, epilepsy or anaphylaxis, you are required to notify the school by Friday 1st March 2019.  Please be aware that you will be required to provide the appropriate documentation for your child's condition as per the Department's policy.
