The content is divided into topics. Most topics have internal choice to allow for studies in more depth. Inquiry questions are provided to define the scope of inquiry for each area of study.
In Year 9, students study:
- Topic 1: Making a Better World: Industrial Revolution
- Topic 2: Australia in World War I and II.
In Year 10, students study:
- Topic 1: Rights and Freedoms
- Topic 2: Australia in the 1960s.
